If you are not sure whether we cover your premises, just call us.
Yes. We offer reactive callouts for urgent repairs, damage, and maintenance issues that cannot wait. Our standard callout rate is £75 for the first hour and £45 per hour after that. Out-of-hours rates apply for evenings and weekends. For genuine emergencies we also offer an emergency response service.
Our Bronze, Silver, and Gold retainer plans include regular scheduled maintenance visits, priority booking over ad hoc clients, and a named contact at LWR Group. Plans are tailored to your site. Works covered include painting, minor repairs, cleaning, grounds tidying, and general upkeep. Materials are charged at cost.
No. We do not charge separately for mileage to Lincoln and Lincolnshire sites. Materials are charged at cost with no mark-up. Our rate card is transparent and fixed — there are no hidden charges.
Yes. We work with businesses operating multiple premises in Lincoln and across Lincolnshire. We can co-ordinate planned maintenance visits across sites and provide consolidated invoicing where preferred.
Yes. We carry £5 million public liability insurance and are a fully registered company. VAT registration: GB513000760. We can provide documentation for your facilities records on request.
Yes. We provide before and after photos for every job, written job sheets on request, and can provide waste transfer notes for any clearance or disposal work. For retainer clients we issue a quarterly maintenance report covering all works completed.
For standard reactive callouts we aim to attend within 24 to 48 hours. For our out-of-hours emergency service we aim to respond within 4 hours for genuine emergencies. Retainer clients receive priority booking ahead of ad hoc requests.
