Carpet supply and fit is quoted after measuring, as the cost depends on the area, the carpet grade and the underlay. We supply carpet and underlay at trade prices with no retail markup, so you only pay for the materials and the fit, and we give a fixed written quote before any order is placed.

A single room takes half a day. A full flat (3–4 rooms) is typically one day. We clear and dispose of old flooring as part of the job — you don't need a skip. Most flooring replacements are booked and completed within the same week.

Yes. We fit luxury vinyl tile (LVT), laminate, engineered hardwood, and vinyl sheet as well as carpet. LVT is increasingly popular in rental properties — it's highly durable, easy to clean, and looks better than budget carpet after 3–5 years of tenancy wear.

We can supply and fit, or fit only if you've already purchased materials. We recommend letting us supply — we buy at trade pricing and can source most carpet, LVT, and laminate ranges within 48–72 hours. We'll always confirm your total cost before ordering anything.

Yes. We fit flooring across Lincoln and the wider Lincolnshire area including North Hykeham, Nettleham, Gainsborough, Newark, Sleaford, and Grantham. Most jobs are completed within the same week of instruction.
