Built on 15+ Years.
Founded in Lincoln.
LWR Group officially launched in April 2025, but it didn't start there. The company was founded on 15+ years of personal property and trade experience, including hands on roles across cleaning, decorating, flooring, gardens, and full property turnarounds going back to 2009.
That experience is the muscle memory behind the brand. We know what a property needs before tenants move in, what landlords actually want to see, and what gets challenged in a deposit dispute. We built LWR because property owners across Lincoln were sick of juggling five different trades, chasing callbacks, and getting let down.
Today we serve landlords, letting agents, and homeowners across Lincoln, Newark, Sleaford, Grantham, Gainsborough and the surrounding towns. From a one off clean to a full portfolio.
