After a long tenancy, the property was looking tired and worn out, with a lot of wear and tear from busy family life. The once-bright kitchen had old yellowed worktops, the walls were battered and bruised, and every room felt dull and dated. In its current state, the property wouldn't have sold easily. It looked like a big project for potential buyers. LWR stepped in and transformed it: fresh paint on every wall, door and skirting board, new carpet and vinyl flooring throughout, fixtures repaired, and a comprehensive deep clean from top to bottom.

Licence to Clear
This job took us to North Hykeham, where the landlord was living abroad and unable to manage things in person. A probate property, the house needed to be completely cleared before any work could begin. Everything was bagged and removed, with many items donated to local charities, including appliances and a full wardrobe of clothing. Once emptied, our team carried out a full transformation: new flooring throughout, fresh paint on every wall and skirting board, repairs completed, and a thorough end of tenancy clean. From a difficult situation to a fully refreshed home. LWR handled every step.

The Freshening
In this Lincoln flat, time had settled in like an unwelcome guest. A recent move-out left rooms tired, clutter lingering in corners, and a sense the place had been standing still. When the tenant left, curtains hung heavy, carpet was worn and walls showed the marks of years gone by. It needed more than a deep clean, it needed a fresh start.
