Yes. External clearances including garden waste, old sheds, broken fencing, paving slabs, and rubble removal are all covered. We work alongside our gardening team for combined garden and property clearances between tenancies.

Yes — this is our standard void turnaround service. We clear the property, remove all waste, and then deep clean in sequence. Landlords and letting agents use this to turn a vacated property around in two to three days, ready for new tenants.

For most properties, a full clearance can be completed within 1–2 days of booking. We're usually on site within 48 hours for urgent void turnarounds.

We sort everything on removal. Furniture, clothing, and household items in good condition are donated to local charities and organisations. Metals and electricals are recycled. Only items that cannot be reused or recycled go to the tip.
