Our handyman pricing in Lincoln is £50 for the first hour, then £30 for every hour after that — plus VAT and any materials. Materials are charged at cost + 20% to cover sourcing and collection (i.e. we don't make a trip to Wickes for free). So a 2-hour job is £80 + VAT + materials, a 3-hour job is £110 + VAT + materials. No call-out fees within Lincoln city or LN1–LN6 postcodes. Larger task lists we'll quote a fixed price upfront.

Yes. LW Renovation Group Ltd carries full public liability insurance on every handyman and property maintenance job — so if anything's damaged in your home while we're working, you're covered. We're also a licensed waste carrier, meaning anything we take away goes through a proper licensed facility (important: under the Household Waste Duty of Care, homeowners can be fined if their waste is fly-tipped by an unlicensed contractor). Happy to send insurance and waste licence documentation on request.

Yes — we always confirm a clear quote before any work begins. For small jobs we can usually quote over the phone or from a photo. For larger task lists, we'll come to the property to take a proper look. All quotes are fixed before we start — we never charge more than the agreed price.
