Awaab's Law · Renters Rights Act
From October 2026, private landlords face the same legal mould obligations as social housing.
One missed mould complaint can mean a Rent Repayment Order or regulator action. Our 6-monthly inspection report is your defensible audit trail. Branded, dated, photographed, signed, kept on file 6 years.
Commencement date subject to confirmation. Membership inspection cadence stays 6-monthly either way.

Membership FAQs
No. You decide. Some members want their tenants to log issues with us direct so the phone stops ringing. Others want to stay in the loop and forward jobs to us themselves. You can switch the tenant portal on or off at any time, per property.
12-month rolling agreement. After 12 months you can cancel any time with 30 days notice. Annual pre-pay members get the year locked in and one month free.
After the first 12 months, yes, with 30 days notice. Annual pre-pay members get the year locked in but pay one less month overall.
No. The 30% discount applies whenever you do use us. You are free to call another trade for any job. We do not lock you in to anything.
The compliance is delivered automatically: boiler service, EICR, alarm tests, mould reports, oven clean. You get the value whether you use the discount or not. Most members tell us the compliance pack alone is worth more than the membership fee.
You tell us how much you are happy for us to spend without checking in. Pick a number, for example £150. Anything below that, we just get it done. Anything above, we call you first. You can change the threshold any time.
Gas Safe and NICEIC certificates are delivered via our trusted subcontractor network at member rates. CP12 is annual, EICR is on the legal 5-year cycle, both included in your membership.
