As a guide: lock change from £45 + parts, tap repair from £60, shelf fitting from £50, door re-hang from £75, tile replacement (per tile) from £25, grout and sealant replacement from £60. All jobs are quoted before we start so there are no surprises.

For urgent reactive maintenance on rental properties — particularly where a tenant is affected — we aim to attend within 24 hours where possible. For non-urgent jobs, most bookings are within 1–3 working days.
We coordinate qualified Gas Safe and NICEIC-registered engineers through our trusted network for any gas or electrical work. We manage this as part of the job — you don't need to source them separately.
