Yes. We work with offices, retail units, surgeries and small commercial premises, not just large estates. The service scales to the site — a single office can have a simple cleaning and reactive maintenance arrangement, while a multi-unit site can have a full planned programme.
That is the whole point of how we work. Cleaning, grounds, repairs, decoration and compliance all run through one point of contact and one invoice, so you are not chasing a separate cleaner, handyman, gardener and electrician.
Yes. We set up planned FM contracts with an agreed schedule of works and response times, and we also handle ad-hoc reactive jobs. Most clients start with cleaning plus reactive maintenance and add planned works over time.
We are based in Lincoln and cover Lincolnshire and the surrounding area, including North Hykeham, Newark, Sleaford, Grantham and Gainsborough. Most commercial sites are within 60 to 75 minutes of our base.
