Yes. We provide commercial cleaning, office cleaning and janitorial services for businesses across Lincoln and Lincolnshire — offices, retail units, communal areas and commercial premises. Commercial cleaning with LWR is £30 per cleaner-hour plus VAT, with a 2-hour minimum visit. Per cleaner-hour means the rate is charged for each cleaner on site, so a two-hour visit with two cleaners is four cleaner-hours — £120 plus VAT. For regular contracts we turn that into a fixed price per visit after a site visit, usually back with you inside 24 hours, so you know the total up front with no long lock-in.

Yes. Most office and commercial cleaning is done early morning, evening or weekends so we work around your business and your customers — typically before 8am or after 6pm on weekdays. We agree the schedule with you upfront and keep the same team on your site so standards stay consistent.

Cover is built into the contract. Because the cleaning is done by our own employed team rather than a single self-employed cleaner, another member of staff picks up the visit and works to the same site checklist. You are not left with a missed clean and you do not have to arrange anything. This is the single most common reason businesses move to us from a sole trader.

We do not tie businesses into long lock-ins. The schedule, scope and price are agreed in writing up front and either side can end the arrangement with reasonable notice, so you stay because the standard is right rather than because a contract traps you. If your current cleaning is provided by another contractor and their staff are assigned to your site, TUPE may apply when the contract transfers. It is worth flagging at quote stage rather than after, because it affects both cost and mobilisation. We will talk it through honestly with you and take advice where the position is not clear cut.

Both. We set up regular contract cleaning on a fixed daily, weekly or fortnightly programme, and we also do one-off deep cleans, end-of-build sparkle cleans and move-out cleans. Commercial move-out and dilapidation cleans follow the same 50-point standard as our end of tenancy cleaning, which starts from £275 on residential property.

Office cleaning is a legal duty as well as a presentation one: Regulation 9 of the Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992 requires every workplace, and its furniture and fittings, to be kept sufficiently clean, with waste not allowed to accumulate except in suitable receptacles. In practice it includes desks and surfaces wiped, floors vacuumed and mopped, kitchens and break areas cleaned, washrooms sanitised and restocked, bins emptied and recycling managed, and touch points such as door handles and switches disinfected.
