Commercial grounds maintenance is priced per site, because a small office frontage on a fortnightly visit is very different to a multi-acre site on a weekly contract. The three variables are grounds size, visit frequency and scope. For scale, our domestic garden maintenance plans start from £90 per month and one-off visits from £150; commercial contracts are quoted after a site visit, usually within 24 hours, as a fixed price with no long lock-in.

Yes. Most commercial clients prefer a scheduled contract — typically fortnightly through the March to October growing season, dropping to monthly or six-weekly over winter when growth slows. A regular contract works out cheaper per visit than ad-hoc call-outs and keeps the premises consistently presentable, which matters most on sites visitors and customers see first.

Most commercial grounds contracts run annually, because the work is seasonal and a full year is what lets us price it properly rather than quoting each visit. The schedule, scope and price are agreed in writing before we start, and we do not use long lock-ins. If you need a specific notice term for your own budgeting, tell us and we will work to it.

Neither. The visit frequency flexes with the season instead of the price changing every month: typically fortnightly through the March to October growing season, then monthly or six-weekly over winter. Winter visits are not filler — that is when leaf clearance, cutting back, edge and path work and storm tidy-ups happen, which is why the grounds look right in spring rather than needing a catch-up.

Included: grass cutting and edging, hedge and shrub trimming, border weeding, leaf clearance, path and car park edges, and removal of all arisings. Charged separately: tree work needing specialist equipment, major clearance of an already overgrown site before a contract starts, new planting or turfing, and any hard surfacing. We itemise the split in the quote so nothing arrives as a surprise invoice.

Yes, and it usually works out better per site. Multi-site clients get one schedule, one point of contact and one invoice across all locations rather than separate arrangements per building. We cover all Lincoln postcodes (LN1 to LN6) plus Sleaford, Newark, Gainsborough, Grantham, Boston and Horncastle, so most Lincolnshire portfolios sit inside one round.

Always. LWR Group is a registered waste carrier, so every visit ends with all grass cuttings, hedge trimmings and green waste removed and disposed of responsibly, with waste transfer documentation available on request.
