It uses our published end of tenancy cleaning prices, so for a property in average condition it is the price you will pay. Heavy grease, pet damage or mould can take a quote above the starting price. We confirm a fixed price in writing before we start.
£300 covers any property up to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each extra bedroom or bathroom is £50, so a 3-bed with 3 bathrooms is £350 and a 4-bed with 4 bathrooms is £450. HMOs are £120 a room. A pro oven clean is £100, and carpet cleaning is £75 for the first room and £50 for each room after. All prices plus VAT.
