A basic 1-bedroom flat redecoration (walls, ceilings, woodwork) typically starts from around £350–£500. A 2-bedroom property is usually £500–£750, and a 3-bedroom house from £700–£1,100 depending on condition and scope. We'll provide a fixed quote before any work starts.

A typical 2-bedroom property takes 2–3 days. A 3-bedroom house is usually 3–4 days. We can often start within a week of quoting, and can fast-track urgent void turnarounds.

Yes. We use Crown Trade and Dulux Trade paint and include it in the quote. White and magnolia are standard; if you have a specific colour or finish preference, just let us know.

We use trade-grade matt emulsion on walls and ceilings as standard — it gives a clean, durable finish that's easy to touch up. For woodwork we use a satinwood or gloss finish. We can also provide silk or vinyl silk for higher-traffic areas, and eggshell for a contemporary look on woodwork.

Yes. We can colour match from existing paintwork or work from a specific paint code (Dulux, Crown, Farrow & Ball, etc.). Just let us know when you book.

Yes. Wallpaper stripping and surface preparation is available as an add-on. We'll assess the walls after stripping and skim or plaster if needed before painting.
