We supply and fit carpet (twist pile, Berber, loop pile, and commercial tiles), luxury vinyl tile (LVT) in click and glue-down formats, laminate (AC3 and AC4 rated), roll vinyl, and engineered or real wood. We can advise on the best option for your property and budget.

For rental properties, we generally recommend mid-range twist pile carpet in bedrooms and living rooms, and LVT or commercial-grade vinyl in kitchens, bathrooms, and hallways. LVT is fully waterproof, highly durable, and looks great — it's become the go-to choice for landlords. Laminate works well in living areas but isn't suitable for wet rooms. We'll advise based on your specific property.

Carpet supply and fit typically starts from around £12–£18 per m² depending on grade. LVT starts from approximately £25–£40 per m² fitted. A typical bedroom in carpet is usually £150–£300 fitted. A full 3-bed property in carpet and vinyl is typically £1,200–£2,500 depending on spec. We'll provide a fixed quote before any work starts.

Yes. Subfloor prep is included in every job — we'll level uneven concrete, ply-board chipboard floors, and apply DPM (damp proof membrane) where needed. A properly prepared subfloor is essential for the finished floor to look good and last.

Yes. We uplift and dispose of all existing flooring as part of the job — including carpet, underlay, gripper rods, tiles, and hard floors. There's nothing for you to arrange separately.

Most individual rooms can be fitted in half a day. A full 3-bedroom property in carpet and vinyl typically takes 1–2 days. We aim to get void properties turned around as fast as possible and can often start within 48–72 hours of a confirmed order.
