FENSA (Fenestration Self-Assessment Scheme) is a government-authorised scheme that certifies window and door installers to self-certify that their work complies with Building Regulations. All our window and door installations are FENSA-certified, meaning you receive a certificate that satisfies Building Control and is required when you sell or re-mortgage the property.
A standard PVCu double-glazed window (A-rated) typically costs £300–£500 supplied and fitted. A full property replacement (e.g. 8 windows) usually ranges from £2,500–£5,000 depending on size and specification. Composite front doors typically start from £800–£1,400 fitted. We'll provide a fixed quote after a free survey.
Yes, and we always check this first. Often a new handle, lock mechanism, or replacement sealed unit (the glass inside an existing frame) is all that's needed. This is significantly cheaper than a full replacement and we'll always recommend the most cost-effective option.

Yes. We supply and fit FD30 fire doors to the required standard for HMOs, flats, and properties requiring compartmentation — including intumescent strips, smoke seals, and self-closing mechanisms where required.
We install standard white PVCu windows as the most cost-effective option, plus coloured and woodgrain-effect PVCu for character properties, and sliding sash windows for period homes. All glazing is A-rated as standard. Triple glazing is available on request.
