The Beginning
When the tenant left, the flat stood quiet and still. Curtains hung heavy, carpet worn and walls showed the marks of years gone by.
It needed more than a deep clean, it needed a fresh start. LWR arrived to strip back the years, remove every trace of the old chapter, and prepare the space for its next one.
The Middle

Fresh Walls & Woodwork
Every wall, door, and skirting board was given a fresh coat of paint to erase years of scuffs, marks, and discolouration. This instantly brightened the space and gave the home a clean, modern feel.

New flooring throughout
Outdated and worn flooring was replaced with fresh carpet and soft underlay, plus modern low-maintenance vinyl flooring. Transforming the look and feel of each room, now giving a consistent, high-quality finish throughout.
Some clearance works
Old curtains, unwanted items and leftover clutter were removed and legally disposed of, giving the property a clean slate. The new tenant will not want to inherit someone else’s mess, so we made sure every trace was gone.

Comprehensive Deep Clean
Every surface was scrubbed, polished, and left spotless. Years of built-up limescale were removed, turning the cloudy shower screen and crusted taps back to a gleaming finish. The kitchen cupboards were cleaned inside and out, the French doors restored with crystal-clear glass, and every bathroom surface descaled and polished leaving the property fresh and bright
